Cassie from Elegantitus shares a project over at the Pellon site showing how to make a back-to-school backpack out of your favorite quilting prints. It’s a more involved project, but it’s packed with tons of details. There’s a main bag to hold books, and a smaller zippered pocket on the front. Gathered elastic pockets at the side will hold water bottles. And the wide straps are more comfortable to wear when the bag is filled with heavy books. Go to Pellon for the tutorial.
