Marni from Haberdashery Fun shares a tutorial over at Pellon showing how to make her On the Go Baby Changing Pad. The inside (the layer that baby will lay on) is made from a PUL or laminated cotton. The outside can be any cotton fabric you like. Fusible fleece between the layers gives it some padding. The whole thing folds up and secures with a strap for easy carry.
