Jamie from Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom made this gorgeous angel costume for her daughter, and she shares a free pattern and tutorial for making the dress. Made from white sheeting, it has a tall ruffled collar and gold lame binding at the hem and sleeves. The pattern comes in sizes 2T/3T and also4/7. The sizing looks to be fairly flexible in this dress, but if you did need another size it should be fairly easy to adjust the pattern.made it for a Halloween costume, but I can see this being handy for a Christmas pageant as well.
