Tutorial: Little girl’s mermaid costume, for Halloween or dress-up

Celina from Petit a Petit & Family shares a tutorial over at The Sewing Rabbit showing how to make a mermaid costume for a little girl. The mermaid tail is a wrap skirt covered in iridescent scales cut from shimmery organza fabric. The bikini top is just a tube of knit fabric.
