Autie at iCandy Handmade shows how she made this adorable patchwork twirly skirt. It’s made with two layers – the top pieced from fabric scraps while the lower is made from one coordinating print. She created the skirt after uncovering a nest of Halloween-themed fabric scraps that were begging to be made into something cute.
