Just yesterday I went shopping for a new bathing suit. I had picked one out online and trekked out to the local retail store to try it on, only to find out that their bathing suits are only available for purchase online. What!?! If ever there is a garment that needs to be tried on before purchase, it’s a bathing suit!
While considering possibilites for ordering and shipping and returning this bathing suit I loved so much, I happened upon this Bombshell Swimsuit pattern recently debuted by Closet Case Files. It’s an almost twin of the one I wanted to buy, so now I’m thinking I’ll give it a go to just make one. Even with the purchase price of the pattern, plus the swimsuit material and notions I think I’ll still come out at about a third of the price of the one I wanted to buy.
