I recently read “Patternless Sewing Mod Style: Just Measure, Cut & Sew for the Perfect Fit!” and I must say it’s a game-changer for anyone looking to sew a complete wardrobe without the hassle of pricey paper patterns. This book teaches you how to properly measure, cut, and sew for a fabulous fit every time.

With 24 garments for women and girls, ranging from a maxi skirt to a shirred blouse and even a raincoat, this book is perfect for beginning sewists and women and girls of all sizes. The projects are not only stylish but also customizable with a variety of pockets, belts, and hem bands.

Easy Cosmetics Bag Sewing Pattern

The bag is simple, uses very little fabric (about 2/3rds of a fat quarter), has no fussy inside pockets (although you can add your own if you like), and takes me well less than 30 minutes to print the pattern, cut out and sew. But quick and simple doesn’t mean it’s not awesome!
