Cool idea: Zippers as headbands

Do you have an overabundance of zippers?  I do.  I find them for a song at estate sales and can’t leave them behind.

Stars for Streetlights shows how to turn one of them into a temporary headband.  And yes, the zipper still functions.  In fact, the zipper isn’t altered in any way, so you could still use it in a sewing project after you’re done wearing it in your hair.  How cool is that!  (Just don’t try to zip it up while you’re wearing it.
