I hear you! My pirate’ is 12 now, and when he asked me to help him make a lehaetr quiver for his arrows this summer, I was giddy! Not a lot of crafting going on with him usually, although I am always welcome to collect rocks, antlers, trees for his forts, etc., with him anytime I want. You just have to go with what becomes interesting for them!
