Free pattern: Girl and boy fabric dolls

February 19, 2013 by Anne Weaver

IMG_5824-1-670x517Ashley from Make It and Love It shares a free pattern to make a pair of soft fabric dolls.  They are soooo cute!!  You can easily make it a look-alike doll by choosing skin fabric, hair, and eyes that match your child’s.  She also includes instructions on how to make the little pants and little skirts they wear.   Go to her blog for the pattern and tutorial.

I received a e-mail from Sewing Crafts, where the is a free doll pattern for Elli, Connor and Chloe. I tried to print the pattern, but the site does’nt allow me to do so. Is there somebody that can help me with the pattern. I would mostly appreciate it

thank you for publishing patterns for cloth dolls. i just love them!

Easy Cosmetics Bag Sewing Pattern

The bag is simple, uses very little fabric (about 2/3rds of a fat quarter), has no fussy inside pockets (although you can add your own if you like), and takes me well less than 30 minutes to print the pattern, cut out and sew. But quick and simple doesn’t mean it’s not awesome!

It’s the sort of bag that is versatile enough to be used for lots of applications, not just cosmetics and toiletries. Keep all your pens and pencils in order, use it for a small first aid kit for the car, keep it in your desk at work for a few headache pills and other personal supplies.

Make some for yourself, for gifts or to sell.
