Free pattern: Polished Pillowcase Dress in girl sizes

DSC_9178-copy-2Jamie from Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom shares a pattern and tutorial for making her Polished Pillowcase Dress.  It’s a basic pillowcase dress, but she includes options for varying the ties and the hem.  At the top, choose between a plain top or a contrast top, and between one bow or two.  At the hem, choose between a plain hem, a ruffle hem, and a contrast band hem.  Her free pattern in two sizes: 2T – 5, and 6-8.  Go to her tutorial and free pattern.
