Free pattern: Retro style wool circle skirt

Kathleen from Grosgrain shares a free pattern for a vintage-style wool winter skirt. She created the pattern to look like the retro wool skirts she finds at thrift stores (as an alternative to buying them new for a lot of money from J. Crew). It’s a simple circle skirt with a waistband and invisible zipper. Her free pattern fits women sizes 2-8.
