Free pattern: Sock dragon softie

Joanne from Craft Passion shares a free pattern for making this sock dragon softie. He has the cutest little wings and spikes down his tail! He’s made from two pairs of socks – one for the body and one for the wings, tummy, and spikes. Cutting and sewing the little spikes and wings can be a challenge, but she says you can simplify by cutting those pieces from felt instead. Go to Craft Passion for the pattern and how-to.

Easy Cosmetics Bag Sewing Pattern

The bag is simple, uses very little fabric (about 2/3rds of a fat quarter), has no fussy inside pockets (although you can add your own if you like), and takes me well less than 30 minutes to print the pattern, cut out and sew. But quick and simple doesn’t mean it’s not awesome!
