Free pattern: Turning Japanese bag with cutout metal handles

Deby from So Sew Easy shares a free pattern for making her Turning Japanese bag with cutout metal handles. The metal cutout handles are so cool! I hadn’t seen handles like this before. (She gives a link to the Etsy shop where she purchased them.) Finished dimensions for this cute bag are 11 inches tall by 10.5 inches wide.
