Mary Beth from The Vintage Pattern Collective shares a free vintage pattern at the Pattern Patter blog for making a pair of gloves.  I think this would be a fun project to tackle.  I’ve always wanted to see if I could make my own pair of gloves.  The pattern makes a pair of wrist length “day gloves” or casual gloves.  They’re sewn by hand from jersey fabric.  The pattern originally appeared in a January 1956 Workbasket Magazine.  It comes in small, medium, and large sizes.
