Catherine from Frisky Scissors has a free vintage project sheet for making a patio skirt at the Pattern Patter blog.  The vintage pattern sheet was originally published by Coats & Clark in the 1970s, though this style of maxi skirt would still stylish to wear today.  It has a flat front and gathers around the sides and back.  The pamphlet includes a handy guide for fabric choice depending on your mood, so depending on whether your goals is Just Relaxing, For A Quiet Evening at Home, or To Make Your Husband Proud, you’ll know exactly what type of fabric to use.
