Help for fabric hoarders
When I read the title of a post at Sew Can Do asking, “Are you a fabric hoarder too?” it was like the author, Cheryl, could see into my house. She could see the piles of fabric in my sewing studio, and the boxes crammed to overflowing. And the closet I can’t even open because piles of fabric fall out. I actually find it’s easier to go buy new fabric than dig it out of my stash. How sad is that? In her post, Cheryl shares her own fabric hoarding story, but also gives some times to thin it out and keep it under control.

Yep. All that fabric I bought Friday at that estate sale is still sitting in the back of my car…
And mine is still sitting in the dining room! Though I do have good plans for it…
Ack. I am a collector not a hoarder. Hmph! 😉
please, help a poor lady with some fabrics.
Love this post! I am not a fabric hoarder I am just collecting up donations of fabric for a record breaking challenge. The pile of fabric is going down s-l-o-w-l-y it takes time to cut and sew thousands of hexagons!!! So eventually there will be no fabric just the scars which I can use for even smaller hexagons!!!
