So, I recently decided to try my hand at making some cute baby booties, and let me tell you, it was so much fun! I found this great tutorial over at Leafy Treetop Spot, and it gave me the perfect excuse to get crafty. If you’re looking for a sweet, homemade gift or a cute addition to your baby’s wardrobe, this project is a total win. Plus, you don’t need to be a sewing expert to make these little booties – trust me, I’m no pro, and they turned out pretty adorable!

The tutorial gave really clear instructions, so once everything was cut, it was just a matter of sewing the pieces together. I was a little worried about sewing through the faux leather, but the machine handled it just fine (with the right needle and settings).
