Repro Depot vintage-inspired textile designs for papercrafting

September 19, 2009 by Anne Weaver

reprodepotRepro Depot is an established go-to for vintage and vintage-inspired prints.  Even when I’m not in the mood to buy, I find myself browsing their listings just to see the yummy vintage prints.

Now,  Repro Depot has created two collections of printable vintage-inspired textile patterns.  You can use these patterns to create stationery and other papercraft projects.  The collection is divided into two volumes, Flora and Folk.   Available for $24.95 each from Chronicle Books.  Link to the Flora collection.  Link to the Folk collection.

    Hi,
I went on their site and it seems that Reprodepot is closed. Do you know more about it ?
    Thank you

Easy Cosmetics Bag Sewing Pattern

The bag is simple, uses very little fabric (about 2/3rds of a fat quarter), has no fussy inside pockets (although you can add your own if you like), and takes me well less than 30 minutes to print the pattern, cut out and sew. But quick and simple doesn’t mean it’s not awesome!

It’s the sort of bag that is versatile enough to be used for lots of applications, not just cosmetics and toiletries. Keep all your pens and pencils in order, use it for a small first aid kit for the car, keep it in your desk at work for a few headache pills and other personal supplies.

Make some for yourself, for gifts or to sell.
