I loooove the scalloped edges on this placemat! The scallops lend a sweet vintage charm and the contrast of the binding really shows them off. Deonn from Quiltscapes has a tutorial showing how to finish scalloped edges with bias binding. I’ve always shied away from this because it seems so difficult, but her tutorial has me wanting to give it a try.
