I am not an expert quilter by any means, but I’d think that you might be able to make a quilt with faux fur so long as you were not piecing together tiny pieces. I’d stick to large, simple shapes like squares. You’d also need to experiment to see if the seam allowances would be too thick for it to lay flat.
