Tutorial: 30-minute Halloween costume wings

Here’s a trick to add to your last minute Halloween costume arsenal – a pair of wings that you can make in just 30 minutes. Heather from Feather’s Flights has the how-to. They’re made from craft felt with bands of elastic at the shoulders and arms. The wings she made are out of green felt, with points at the bottom to make them look like dragon wings.
