Tutorial: Add a henley button placket to a shirt

Tutorial: Add a henley button placket to a shirt

Ashley from Make It and Love It shows how you can add a henley style button placket to a t-shirt.  It’s a partial button placket, one that doesn’t go the entire length of the shirt and only includes a few buttons.  You can add one to a shirt you sew from pattern, or on a shirt or onesie you buy from the store.  Use a contrasting fabric (a print is always fun) to add a pop of personality to a plain shirt.  Her tutorial is packed with photos to show step-by-step what to do.  Click the link below to go to the tutorial:
