The Dulcie Dress is a loose fit dress for girls that’s perfect for spring time!  SewPony is offering the pattern for free from her blog.  The dress has plenty of options to customize the look, including square or round neck, optional collar,  and optional pockets.  But don’t stop there.  You can also add piping to the seams, appliques or embroidery, bows, etc.  The free pattern comes in girls’ sizes 12 months – 10 years.

Easy Cosmetics Bag Sewing Pattern
