Jane from Buzzmills shows how you can make a circle wrap skirt.  She uses a basic circle skirt pattern drafted with a tutorial from Patty the Snug Bug, but alters it to add the extra that wraps over.  Because you’re drafting a pattern based on measurements, you can make one in any size, from adult to little girl.
