Tutorial: Easy ruffled Easter basket

Make a plain Easter basket something special by adding ruffles to the outside. Amber from Crazy Little Projects has a tutorial showing how. Use coordinating fabrics for the three layered ruffles. If you made an Easter dress for your little girl, you could even make the ruffles to match the dress!
