Tutorial: Easy towel wrap swimsuit cover upLiz from Simple Simon & Co.  shows how you can make this towel wrap swimsuit cover up for a child.  It’s a simple strapless cover up with an elastic casing to keep it secure around the child’s chest.  It’s made from terry cloth to absorb moisture from a wet swimsuit.  If you can’t find terry cloth yardage, you could use a large towel.  You’ll need to use a thinnish towel, though, because you’ll be sewing through several layers of the terry cloth.     • There’s not a pattern to print, but the tutorial includes instructions for how to cut the pieces. The link to the tutorial should be working. I just tested it and it worked fine for me. –Anne

Easy Cosmetics Bag Sewing Pattern

The bag is simple, uses very little fabric (about 2/3rds of a fat quarter), has no fussy inside pockets (although you can add your own if you like), and takes me well less than 30 minutes to print the pattern, cut out and sew. But quick and simple doesn’t mean it’s not awesome!
