Ashley from Make It and Love It shares a tutorial showing how you can make a girls stretchy tube skirt. They’re really easy to make. And fast, too. As in just 30 minutes. She makes them with a wide enclosed elastic waistband and slight gathers so it doesn’t fit too tight in the hip/bum area.
