Leah at Phat Quarters show how to make a grocery bag holder and dispenser. The plastic bags are easily inserted into the top of the bag. Then, when you need to grab a bag, a drawstring hole at the bottom allows you to pull them out one at a time. She pieced several coordinating prints together to make stripes around the bag, but you could also make it from a solid piece of fabric. The bottom is actually just elastic, not drawstring. Very simple & I hope you enjoy the tutorial! 🙂
