Katy from Sweet Verbena shows how to make her “It’s a Cinch” bag. The large tote bag can can be put to many practical purposes – a diaper bag, a book bag, a pool bag, or just a large purse. And it does so stylishly, with a large drawstring casing stitched to the outside of the bag and lightly cinched in to give it shape. The design was inspired by a similar bag made by Dana over at MADE, who uses a pillow cover for the body of the bag. Get the tutorial.
