Tutorial: Kids’ watercolor paint box Halloween costume

Kathy from Merriment Design shares a tutorial at DIY Network showing how you can make this watercolor paint box Halloween costume for a kid. The costume includes a paint box jumper, a beret, and a giant paintbrush. It’s an easy costume to make, with just a little simple sewing required. She includes a pattern for making the paintbox dress and the beret. The dress is a simple A-line jumper, so if you have a tried-and-true pattern for this style of dress you could use it instead. The giant watercolor brush is made with a pool noodle.
