Cheri from I Am Momma – Hear Me Roar shares a tutorial over at the Moda Bake Shop showing how to make this sundress with knotted straps and coordinating ruffled leggings. The body of the dress is pieced from a Jelly Roll (precut fabrics). You can also use the precut fabric strips to make the ruffles at the bottom of the leggings. Get the tutorial.
