Cintia from My Poppet shows how you can turn a thrifted skirt (or maybe a skirt in your own closet destined for the donate pile) into a cute new sundress for a little girl – super fast, super easy. Her post is part of her Thrifty Kid series, which focuses on refashioning garments into inexpensive kids clothes.
