The Little Scarlet Number is a ruffled baby dress designed by the girls at iCandy Handmade for the Color Your Summer series a while back. They’ve now posted a tutorial showing how to make it. It’s a pretty sleeveless A-line dress with rows of ruffles sewn at the hem and across the back of a pair of matching bloomers.
