These needle minders by Bev from Flamingo Toes are as adorable as they are practical.  She shares a tutorial showing how to make them.  The fabric covered buttons are magnetic so they’ll hold a needle (or a couple of straight pins).  Another magnet piece will attach it to a piece of fabric so you can keep your needle and pins with your project – without damaging the work by piercing it with needle or pins.  These would make sweet “I thought of you” gifts for your sewy or stitchy friends!
