They say shoes make an outfit, right? That’s true for Halloween costumes, too. Create Kids Couture shows how you can create shoe covers to finish off a costume. The tutorial shows how to trace the shoe to make the pattern, and then how to sew it up. They show a pirate boot made from felt, but you could easily adjust to make different styles of shoe covers to suit any Halloween costume.
