Sara from Mom Endeavors created this awesome parrot costume for her young son’s Halloween costume, and shares a tutorial explaining how she did it. She used a photo of a real parrot as a guide so the costume would look as realistic as possible. I’m loving all of those brightly colored feathers! Get the tute.
