Tutorial: Sew a felt Advent wreath safe for small childrenLindsey from Happier Than A Bird Quilts wanted to celebrate Advent with her young children, but the thought of open flames around small hands made her nervous.  Her solution was an Advent wreath that doesn’t have any actual candles. She stitched the whole thing out of felt.  Magnets attach the felt candles to the holly wreath so they can add a new candle each week of Advent.  Go to her tutorial to see how to make one.
