Tutorial: Simple gathered collar to make three costumes

LiZ and Elizabeth from Simple Simon & Co. show how versatile a simple gathered collar can be when making a costume.  This one simple accessory can be adapted to make 3 different costumes.  They show it as a clown collar, a fluffy lion mane collar (my favorite of the three), and a longer version as a ballerina tutu. They share a tutorial at JoAnn showing how to make them.  Their three costumes are just the beginning of what you can make with this simple gathered collar.
