Joy from XOXO Grandma shows how you can make a Tickle Monster costume for a small child. The Tickle Monster is a character in a child’s book. She brings it to life in this adorable Halloween costume. She adapted a hood pattern to give it the Tickle Monster’s crazy features. The jacket is just a basic jacket pattern made up in the same fabric as the hood. For the pants, she used a basic shorts pattern and added a Tickle Monster tail. She includes a free pattern for all the Tickle Monster hood additions and tail pieces.
