Tutorial: Two headbands from one neck tie

Jen from Sea Lo Que Sea shows how you can make headbands out of old neck ties.  In fact, you can make two headbands plus a removable bow embellishment out of one neck tie and a bit of elastic.  Ties are wider at the bottom than at the neck, so one headband will end up narrow and one will be wide.  She says it only takes about 30 minutes to make one.
