Tutorial: Little girls’ bubble shorts from a pair of pants

Rachel from Sew Ambitious shows how to transform a pair of pants into a pair of bubble shorts for little girls.  I love the contrast band at the bottom!  This quick refashion is a great way to repurpose a pair of winter pants into summer gear.  After all, kids grow so fast that the pants won’t fit by the time winter comes around again.  Get the how-to.

    i’m looking for an off one shoulder ruffle along the top dress for toddlers. has anyone seen this pattern anyplace or know how to adapt a pattern to do this. i’m kind of new to sewing little girl dresses, had three boys and now have grandgirls. thanks
