Tutorial: Make a child’s hooded vest

Christina from 2 Little Hooligans shares a tutorial at Project Run and Play showing how to make a child’s hooded vest.  The sleeveless jacket is perfect for winter layering!  You can use quilted fabric to add extra warmth, or you can just insert some batting or fleece between the outer layer and the lining.  Get the how-to.

    Cute vest. Too bad it’s such a pain to download the vest pattern. I’ll look elsewhere for a pattern.
