Christina from 2 Little Hooligans shares a tutorial at Project Run and Play showing how to make a child’s hooded vest.  The sleeveless jacket is perfect for winter layering!  You can use quilted fabric to add extra warmth, or you can just insert some batting or fleece between the outer layer and the lining.  Get the how-to.

    Cute vest. Too bad it’s such a pain to download the vest pattern. I’ll look elsewhere for a pattern.

    same trouble as Lisa. Can’t seem to download the pattern. Frustrating as a very nice looking vest :(

    I originally posted this link last year. After reading your comments, I went back and retested the link. You’re right – the file won’t download. It looks as if the file has been removed. :( Luckily, she does include a photo of all the pieces cut out. It’s not the same as an actual pattern, but perhaps you could use that photo as a guide to draw a pattern yourself? Good luck. –Anne
