Tutorial: No-sew patriotic wind sock for 4th of July

The Ribbon Retreat shows how you can make a patriotic wind sock out of an embroidery hoop and a variety of ribbons and trims. You could also mix in some fabric scraps if you can’t find enough different kinds of ribbon to go all the way around. The red,white, and blue makes a festive decoration for 4th of July, but this would be cute out of any color scheme for hanging all year.
